We have been at Morningstar for 10 years. Service has always been very prompt and good. We have had no issues. Rate increases have been on a 12 month basis and they have been relatively modest. David is great to work with and continued to provide excellent service even after we discussed with him we were leaving the facility.

This has been, by far the best experience I have had with a storage unit. My time with Morningstar was not without incident, but even with the issues, David was far and above helpful and professional. When I am in need of a storage unit again, I only hope there is a Morningstar close with the personal of the same caliber as David !!
