I cannot say enough about Lou the property manager. I had some movers that were moving a large pool table and the movers were being extremely difficult. Lou stepped in and took control of the situation, he went above and beyond what I would have ever expected. He is so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend Moringstar Storage to anyone looking for a clean, safe and very friendly place to store your belongings.

I cannot say enough about Morningstar and it's property manager, Lou. He went above and beyond for me when it came to moving. I had a Pod incident that he helped take care of, more than what a property manager would do, and was always so kind and responsive. He was always there to help out. Having moved from a different state, it was difficult to be on site at the exact time needed. I just recently signed on with Morningstar and so far the experience has been extremely positive. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Marie, Philip and the manager, Lou. These guys truly deliver customer service and it’s much appreciated! The facility is so clean and seems very well cared for. I’ve dealt with many storage companies and this one is impressive.

After being blown off by Cube Smart I decided to give the neighboring Morningstar storage a try. I couldn’t have been happier I was greeted by Lou who was straightforward and more than helpful! There cannot possibly be a bad transaction when you have someone who cares about their customers like Lou does! I cannot recommend this place enough if your looking for an affordable storage unit with the best customer service in town look no further!

I was in search of a long term rental arrangement and was trying to decide between a container company or a storage unit company. After placing phone calls to the different types of facilities, my decision was an easy choice to make based on the customer service I received from Marie at Morningstar Storage.
