We were buying a house near this location from out of state- talk about nerve-wrecking! I called and talked with Chad- he answered all of my questions- I let him know that we were going to rent a unit from them and also the day that we were planning on driving over a load to store there. Absolutely love Morningstar Storage! The staff at the Alabaster location are amazing. They patiently answered all of our questions. The facility and grounds are very well maintained and our storage unit is perfect!
Clean, well lit facility. You can tell it is well taken care of. Instructions were clear on the mobile check-in option.
Thank you to the Morningstar from Corporate Headquarters to our local Pelham, Alabama team led by Chadman Porter. I have personally used this Morningstar location for my move to Alabama in the past and was very pleased. I asked if a non-profit could get a donation of some storage space.
