I’ve had two units at Morningstar Storage of Norman for nearly a year, and I’ve been very pleased with both the facility and the service. Nicholas, the manager, has consistently been professional, responsive, and willing to help. Recently, I contacted him with a concern about my account. He listened, understood my concern, and resolved it immediately - going above and beyond what I expected. He has also rescued me in a much more literal way! They are truly amazing! Even though we have to part ways because of our own financial set back, they have been so understanding and reasonable. Nick and Jamie are truly amazing people. If you want a storage place that actually cares, Morningstar is the way to go!

I've never rented a storage before and he made it so simple so easy he was so nice and so friendly this is the only storage facility I would recommend you always expect this Shady underhanded transaction and everything was so upfront everything was right in front of my face he explained step by step by step this is the best place
