Totally surprised by the customer service we got at this storage facility. The property manager helped us get in our unit when we forgot our keys and loaned us a lock for the day. Most storage places I have felt with in the past just want you to pay and don’t care about service. Big thank you to N. Kincaid for seeing there is a customer service side to storage facility management.

This is a great storage facility. It's clean, there is a very helpful and friendly staff. They have a truck you can sign up to use free for moving things in and out of your storage unit. The biggest plus for me is that when there was a scheduling error and two of us renters booked the same truck at the some time on the same day, the manager moved mountains to find a second truck for us to use so we wouldn't have to pay for our movers to leave and come back later. Great professional an made my first experience get a storage/woodshop a breeze
This is the worst run business I have ever experienced. We have on more than one occasion had access to our unit denied, even though we pay with an automatic draft and are never behind. This happened to me AGAIN today ... for the first time when no one was in the office. I called customer service and was told that someone would call me right back and would be out to help me. Forty minutes later I called again. This time I was told that they couldn't help me because the account was only in my husband's name. (It is not). ... read more
