Totally surprised by the customer service we got at this storage facility. The property manager helped us get in our unit when we forgot our keys and loaned us a lock for the day. Most storage places I have felt with in the past just want you to pay and don’t care about service. Big thank you to N. Kincaid for seeing there is a customer service side to storage facility management.

This is a great storage facility. It's clean, there is a very helpful and friendly staff. They have a truck you can sign up to use free for moving things in and out of your storage unit. The biggest plus for me is that when there was a scheduling error and two of us renters booked the same truck at the some time on the same day, the manager moved mountains to find a second truck for us to use so we wouldn't have to pay for our movers to leave and come back later.
