My experience at the facility couldn't have been better. Over the course of almost a year of using the facility I met several members of the staff and every one of them was kind, caring and helpful. My storage requirements were quite large. I rented four different storage bays, three of them the largest available. The team at Morningstar Lake Wylie is exceptional! I had a situation come up that required some extra understanding, and I can’t say enough about how kind and patient the management team was. We stopped in this afternoon to see about renting a unit and were greeted by Leslie, she was very helpful, showed us around and answered all our questions. The facility is clean and well kept, so we decided to rent a 10x20. I can’t say enough nice things about Leslie, you have a wonderful employee in her.
