The team at Lake Wylie were wonderful to us. Our Mom passed away and we had to move the unit to the estate and close out her account. Obviously we had an emotional time during the clean out process. The whole staff were so helpful to us, they were so kind and understanding, checked on us, brought us water and coffee. They treated us like family and not like customers. Very respectful to us during this horrible time. Many Many Thanks for your graciousness and concern Team Wylie (esp Tisha and Colleen)

Fantastic. I encountered a small problem with a lock after business hours and they connected me very quickly with the manager. She was extremely helpful and resolved the issue. Very clean units, safe and affordable. Thanks guys!

Why a 4 star review.. Because there is always room for improvement , with that being said, Morningstar isn’t JUST another storage place. It is a notch above. Why? first the two ladies up front Leslie and Amy..professional, friendly, and kind. The world needs more like them. Units are extremely clean, spacious and all you need to store things are available to you including a beautiful moving van”free for today , not forever” Thank you so much and keep up the good work
