The most amazing front office staff, all of them kept open communication with me regarding my unit and payments. The property itself is very clean, secure and never too hot or too cold inside. I’ve already recommended MorningStar to my friends and family because I was that happy with the customer service here. Shoutout to Amber especially, she’s a rockstar!

Jennifer in the front office is a gem. I have been calling around to many storage facilities and she is honestly the only one who called me back locally. Other places go to a call center, so impersonal. I wanted a live person to explain my needs. She was more than helpful, kind, patient and attentive. Ask for Jennifer when you go! Ty Jennifer, you made a very unpleasant day much better for me and my family!
