Came in to get a unit and staff helped me find the right size needed! Super friendly and helpful staff! Love that they have stuff to help move your stuff inside!

The purchase of the unit was great. Dylan was awesome and very friendly. Went out of his way many times. I received a 10x10 unit but it seemed smaller than a 10x10 so I measured it and it definitely is. False advertising if you asked me if you pay the foot in storage unit spaces.

The new guy Daryl worked with us and just went above and beyond. We had a few difficulties with the unit and he went out of his way to help and make sure we were set. I'm very happy with this storage facility and highly recommend this just based on customer service.

Amber is completely rude. She took over management a few months back. Once you have a unit with Morningstar she will email you about every little thing she can find on your account. It’s constant harassment once a month. If it’s not for payments it’s for insurance. Even if you already have insurance she will still threaten you. I do not recommend storing your items here as Amber is crooked and she’s very rude to customers over email and phone. She will constantly try to find things to go against you while you store here.
