Lauren was and is AMAZING!!! When I first spoke with him and he introduced himself to me on the phone, I felt like I called the concierge at a 5 star hotel or resort instead of a storage facility. He was very pleasant and so friendly. He was very patient with me as he showed available units and while I made my final decision. He’s the best thing that’s happened there at Morningstar storage since Nadia who used to work there. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! 10 Stars!

Morningstar staff worked with me to find a solution that best fit my situation. They didn't just give me some take-it-or-leave-it prices. They understood my storage dates/requirements and presented several options. They explained everything clearly and were open about how pricing works. It made a big difference. A+
