Rebecca was delightful to work with today. She made the process easy and explained things thoroughly. Morningstar is very clean, efficient looking and we love the 24 hour access and truck availability.

We have several units at this storage for over a year. The facility is clean, climate controlled and secure locked. The staff are kind, helpful and easy to work with.

Lauren was and is AMAZING!!! When I first spoke with him and he introduced himself to me on the phone, I felt like I called the concierge at a 5 star hotel or resort instead of a storage facility. He was very pleasant and so friendly. He was very patient with me as he showed available units and while I made my final decision. He’s the best thing that’s happened there at Morningstar storage since Nadia who used to work there. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! 10 Stars!
