BJ helped to facilitate a move in for my sister and I with ease, professionalism and compassion. She was thorough in explaining the break down of cost, and treated me like a human being...not just a customer. I knew I made the best decision renting from Morning Star. The facilities are clean, easy to navigate, have two elevators, and a place to throw garbage. Thank you BJ for being a warm human presence during our difficult time. It meant the world to us. I couldn't recommend a storage place more highly.
I have to say that it has been an immense pleasure working with Morningstar Storage of The Heights. I had the good fortune of being connected to miss BJ and her team. She has extended some of the most amazing client services I've ever had! She is kind and gets to know her clients as if part of a big family. What a jewel! Thank you Ms BJ and staff!! The facility is pristine clean, fresh, and well-maintained. I highly recommend this facility to those who need storage services with a smile.

This review is specifically for the brilliant and knowledgeable front desk personnel, Ashanti. I had been locked out of my locker for some time, and she was the first to propose putting in the work order to have my lock replaced instead of me trying to catch the maintenance guy whom I kept missing, and Ashanti said she’ll alert me when it was done. Such a big help, made my day so much easier.
Ashanti was a joy to work with. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. This location is perfect and open 24/7 unlike other places in the area. I made the right decision to move from cubesmart
Great teamwork!!!! I rented a storage space at the sister property of this one and received a free 1/2 day with the moving truck. Unfortunately the person who had the truck the day before ran it into the half open garage door getting it stuck inside. They called and professionally explained this. Fortunately, the manager of this location, BJ, was there and saved the day. There truck was available and she said said I should go get it. She saved the day. This company seems to have very caring employees. 😁
This was the best experience at a self storage I’ve ever had. Richelle helped me get an amazing unit for a very affordable price. Ashanti made the move out process seamless and easy. The staff is friendly, quick to help, and they are always smiling. You can tell they love what they do and it shows.
