I honestly loved this storage unit, convenient and clean and affordable. I only left due to an issue with my service dog. I showed up on a summer day in Texas to get some things from my unit. When I got my dog out the young lady came running over and said “you are not taking that thing in there” I said she was a service animal and she said she didn’t care no dogs allowed ( she appeared to be utterly disgusted by my dog ) I was forced to leave my dog in the truck ( with the ac on).
