We are on a round trip in Canada/US with an R1100GS. The speedometer got broken, and we asked help from BMW San Francisco. The service immediately checked the problem, ordered the part and repaired the bike during our 2 days stayed in the city. All the experience with the customer service and and repair team was far over the expectations (we just dream about it in Europe). Thanks guys for everything!
