My husband is a BMW fanatic, having recently bought a GS 1200 TE back in the UK where we live. On a pre planned trip to SF - he located the dealership and was desperate to find you. We did!!! Three tee-shirts later - he is so excited to sport his new acquisitions on our return. We enjoyed and appreciated the hospitality with you - including our coffees in the lounge. Luke was very courteous and made us feel welcome, even arranging a taxi for us. Thank you

My husband purchased a helmet that was promised to be very quiet. It's extremely loud. Awful. He went to talk about it and they treated him poorly like it was his fault they convinced him to buy the "quieter" helmet instead of the one he liked that was damaged in an accident. He ended up sending it in to the manufacturer to make sure everything was working properly. It was, but still annoyingly, unusable loud. Kinda crappy service for an $833 helmet that's unusable.
