Staff were great. If buying second hand, don't count on any pre checks or servicing. Oil/filter at best. Had to do all the fluids and top up the oil after delivery myself. Title took 3 months to be processed as well. Carlos did make an effort after complaining
Blake, Dean and Adam did an amazing job working to get our machine ready for us. It did take a bit longer than we thought but than again it was well worth the wait. Highly recommend Team Mancuso!!

Had a great experience purchasing my Ducati Multistrada with the assistance of Daniel Portanova. I wholeheartedly recommend dealing with him! Very professional, very transparent, goes the extra mile and then some for the customer, and makes a great deal happen on top of that. Was able to negotiate the deal via email, showed up at the dealership, and Daniel handled my two trades, all the paperwork and a thorough review of the new bike like a first class professional. I was in and out of the dealership in no time. A++

I dig this shop and was suprized to see a negative review. So I felt I should say that the guys in the shop are amazing. I have gone to plenty of motorcycle shops and even worked at a few and it is custom for the shop to place bikes outside to make room in the shop to work on others. You know like when you take your car to the dealership. As for the theft of a bike or someone messing with it, well that could happen at any open area you leave it.
