RecommendedMy buying experience was AWESOME with Jarred and C but having to have my bike serviced only 3 months after purchasing it with 60 miles on it was when the grease hit the fan!! Just real bad Service person name Shannon lied and said I needed a clutch I went pick my bike up and rode right off I will never go back to that place
We were negotiating on a UTV and the sales guy said he took $1200 off the price. He even said they would " get in trouble for this price" which just made me roll my eyes, but there was magically a $1200 "dealer fee" on the invoice after that. Kawasaki finance tried to give me a crazy high interest rate their finance guy tried to sell me on just financing with them and transferring the cost to a 0% apr credit card every 18 months. Tried to buy a bike and with excellent credit they came back with 22% interest. Denied that and went with my bank. Later found out they opened a credit card in my name and I’m currently fighting that on my credit.
Before the sale was perfect! I bought 2 bikes and a vaderhall in January my r6 clutch was bad took it in for service got the run around for a couple days my salesman had to step in just to get any results almost two weeks now I still don’t have my brand new bike and they aren’t willing to work with my i was told I could trade it in but i would have to take a huge hit and a lot of money Down like wow!! This is our second Can Am Spyder Motorcycle thru this one store . In all we have bought three . But dealing with this particular Store is a lot of problems they say one thing do another . We have so much problems and B.S with them never call you back parts are always on order and never get here you constantly got to be calling them . Never again , they don’t give you information when you buy something , and then tell you read receipt you can’t return . Horrible . Every respectable business tell you about an item that you can’t return or exchange .
I purchased a new 2016 Yamaha Viking on November 18th. When I was trying to decide if I wanted to purchase the bike the finance guy said, "You've already wasted your whole Saturday here and this is a good deal I'm offering." I should of took that as a red flag and walked out, but I choose to purchase the bike. We got the Viking home rode it around the yard a few times and then put it up.
