I came in for my scheduled appointment for my 2014 BMW R1200RT for a 6K service. Brett Spann greeted me right away with a fast and professional check in. He explained all the service that was going to be completed and my bike was taken back for service right away. Great place with decent prices (sometimes even less than online) and great service...depending what time you're there and who's working. Literally a night and day difference sometimes. Some employees will totally ignore you, talk to the their buddy (it's quite obvious when it's not a customer), watch TV or keep doing whatever they're doing. I came to Phoenix to pick up my bike and had some unexpected problems. These guys and gals hooked me up with a new battery and rear tire when the flat bed dropped my bike off unannounced. Thanks to the service department for outstanding customer service.
I always go through these guys for all of my needs Greg is awesome... ill be in soon for my ar exhaust.
