We have been buying motorcycles, generators and gear from the folks at Sportland for 11 years and we keep coming back because they always take care of us so well. Thanks to Sam, Jason, Jarrod, Warren, Josh and all the other guys we know there.

I messaged about a quad on Tuesday night. They never got with me on Wednesday so I messaged and asked if they would trade and they did not respond. So I messaged again around 4:30 and again no response. They just messaged me finally after 2 days and said it sold this morning. Then wants to tell me walk in and phone call customers are more important than Facebook customers lol terrible customer service!
I called Sportland Motors about having two tires, I ordered off amazon, mounted and balanced. Their prices are exorbitant. They told me it would be $100, or $50 each tire. Not competitive pricing at all. For that price I can buy the tools myself and do it. I do not under any circumstances endorse their business. I will never be coming here for maintenance again!
last week I purchased a 2020 Yamaha YFZ450R from Sportland. purchasing experience was ok, but once they have your money the service is nonexistent. After my first ride I lost a bolt from crank case. we called to have it replaced, and were repeatedly talked to in a rude manner or completely ignored. I will buy my next toy elsewhere and you should do the same!
Spent 30 minutes walking around waiting for the salesman to finish a conversation. He never did just continued to see me waiting for him and then start up another conversation after each one ended. I gave up on waiting for help to test ride and left. If you’re looking for a quality bike that will last you a life time and a team that will treat you like family, go to Andrae’s Harley-Davidson not even a block from sportland motors. The parts counter is a joke. They either order the wrong part or they charge the wrong price. When I confronted Dustinn about it he started to give me an attitude.
