I was in here for almost an hour on Saturday ready to buy a ninja and couldn't get anyone to help us! One guy was on his phone and the others were nowhere to be found! Went through all three buildings! At least I had the opportunity to sit on several of the bikes that I wanted and have narrowed it down, now just to find a dealership
I was in this establishment this morning and stood around for 10 minutes at the counter waiting for assistance while 4 employees stood around, never asking me if I needed help. They looked right at me, then went back to reading their magazines. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience at this location. Very disappointing. I left without spending the money I planned on, and decided to go elsewhere.
