On Alaska trip from lower 48 states I needed a service and new tires. The shop fit me into their extremely busy calendar and minimized my down time to get me back on the road ASAP. The staff were incredibly helpful from Chip in Service, Chris, the service manager, Freddy my mechanic ( with his companion Tesla, a poodle) and Mark in BMW parts and Mike in general parts who found appropriate tires for me. You can't help but want to hang out and do business with these guys and gals. Great product and wonderful people who truly care about you. They have gone above and beyond helping my son and myself set up our bikes and welcoming us into the motorcycle community.
