horrible place the lady on the phone was the only good part about the place the mechanics are so piss poor I wouldn't let them work on a moped. I'd recommend going anywhere else in ancorage.

Worst customer service in state. Save yourself the trouble and don't do business with this company. Go to eagle river they will treat you with respect. This company won't. There service department and parts department suck. Service lied to me to screw me over and parts department where jerks also. Spent around 21 thousand dollars there and got zero respect. I'm the sales manager and I'm not sure where you got the impression that anyone thought it was "funny" that you felt you were treated poorly. Multiple times we gave you discounts and refunds to make up for things that were out of our control (such as back orders from Kawasaki), and each of those times you left satisfied and thanked us for taking care of you. Hubby purchased a bike last year. He took it in because the battery was dead and was told it was under warranty. Services department just informed him that it wasn't. He is not happy with the run around.

On several occasions I have been sold the wrong part after specifically telling the parts department lady what kind of bike we have. The latest parts problem wasn't noticed until we were on the side of the road during rush hour in Guatemala City and then tried to use the spare part. Another time we were told over the phone that they had an item in stock and by the time we got there 15 minutes later the part had mysteriously disappeared. The people are polite but my Ducati has been in their shop for over a month all it needed was a new rear rim, and now they figured out they failed to order the bearings. The waiting game continues.....
