This place is ridiculous. They don’t have the staff. They don’t have warm water. They’re handing out hand warmers to their patients because it’s so cold in there. My mother is old. She’s cold. She’s in there, crying, begging me to get her home and I nobody will call me back
they treat the patients in this facility like their prisoners. they don't communicate with family as far as releasing. they don't have clocks to tell what time it is. to make matters worse, the patient self emitted. then quickly realized that if you need some help don't go to mount Carmel behavioral facility. because to them your a prisoner and they don't care about helping, they only isolate, irritate, and medicate for no reason. terrible facility and terrible staff. shut this shit down, if you have love ones here that's no... read more
It breaks my heart to read all of these negative reviews, as the administration of this facility either does not personally read them or does not care to rectify the negative conditions that multiple people have here shared. My daughter is currently being held at this facility, and without her being able to read any of these comments, she described her experiences at this place to me, and they are very consistent with what others here have posted. How do you take someone from their home with no just cause and not let them contact any family members! Don’t you need to investigate? You people SUCK
Everything this place is just a pill mill they force you non-FDA approve drugs and if you don’t take them, they won’t let you leave. They hold me hostage there for a week. I was only supposed to be there for three days. A lot of other people too they almost killed me with the medicine, they forced me to take non fda approved drugs along with many others the staff is horrible.
