A zero. Horrible place. No therapy. Takes advantage of people at theirost vulnerable. After 3 day stay had 5 days charged to a credit card and insurance not filed. No way to reach anyone.
Be very careful! This is not a caring facility for people with mental health concerns. This is a facility that LOCKS YOU IN. They advertise as a hospital but truly are a prison. *. All doors are locked. * A large band is locked on your wrist. YOU CANNOT REMOVE IT. They use this to monitor your movement. *. They take your picture. A family member was admitted here for help recently. He went in on a Tuesday evening. We visited on Wednesday afternoon and he had not been given his clothing. He was still in their paper scrubs. As soon as I saw him I said “Aren’t you freezing? Where are your clothes?”After talking to multiple people during our visit they did give him one outfit as we were leaving. This is a horrible place!! Never send your loved one here. My husband has been in there for almost a week and not one person has called to talk to me about his treatment. I have left numerous messages with advocates, nurse, and social workers and no call back at all. His own psychiatrist has tried to contact them and no reply or response!
My brother was discharged with another patient’s information and no care plan as promised.
no wonder this place has a 1.7 star rating on google.. i had an absolutely terrible experience here while i was 6 months pregnant- all the way from being fed RAW meat, nurses trying to fight me, being diagnosed and given meds based off a 3 minute conversation (no exaggeration), being cutoff and dismissed by a psychiatrist while trying to vent, nurses ignoring patients to be on their phone, and just an overall lack of care for their patients. i cant even speak on the other patients experiences that i witnessed.. there is abs... read more
