Dr. Schmidt's fantastic. He explained to me what was going on in my mouth, exactly what my options were and the pros and cons of each. I was empowered to make the best decision for me and my wallet. In the past I always feel like I am being up sold something I don't really need. John educated me, giving me the power to do what was best for my situation.
This office is top notch. From the front desk to the doctor, I was very pleased. Although not surprised based on all the feedback, It was nice to be reassured. I found my new forever dentist.
No one likes dental work and I am deathly afraid of needles. Dr. Schmidt took his time to walk me through each step of the procedure step by step. I appreciated his attentiveness to my needs and all went well. I'm still having some sensitivity from the fillings, but that's to be expected and was explained upfront.
I had a great visit at this office. Met Chelsea and the other hygienst, met doctor John. The office is modern and the decorations are so awesome. Listened to some classic rock and my teeth feel so clean.
I had two crowns completed in an hour. Can't even bengin to tell you how impressed I am. They fit perfectly and I can't even tell where they are.
Dr. Schmidt is by far the best dentist I've ever been to. Hands down.
Doc John, Chelsea, Diego- a dream team!
Chelsea and doc just tell you how it is. I appreciate the fact that it's always about education and I am left to make the decisions I want about my teeth. My last office was all about pressuring me into what they wanted. Not here.
We found the staff to be welcoming and the hygienst very thorough. Will be back
