The services provided at Mountain View have far exceeded my expectations. The staff is professional and extremely knowledgeable. Beyond that Dr. Schmidt is personable and open. It's nice to know what's going on in someones life. It's truly a family. Doc, we are thinking of you and are so so sorry for your loss.
Having the staff take the time to explain my xrays and needs is very important to me. Dr. Schmidt really takes the time to make sure I understand my needs.
The front desk is kind and the doctor in very personable. The office is clean and new. I was impressed how much time they took with me to explain what was going on.
Chelsea and Doc care about their patients. It is evident in the time the take and their explanations. I also appreciate that they are direct and consistent. As a patient it is important to me that my needs are always addressed the same way and the right way. My visit this morning at 7 AM was quick and comfortable. They had coffee for me, a blanket, and TV. Not so bad for the dentist.
The staff and John were caring and understanding. I am thankful that they got me in quickly and immediately resolved my problem. I've been to quite a few offices in town and won't be leaving Mountain View. There is a reason it takes some time to get in here.
Chelsea is so gentle and personable. I come in every 4 months and look forward to each visit.
