I've had wonderful experiences at this office and believe it is a diamond in the rough. Dr. Schmidt is very good at what he does and the work I've had completed has felt great and proven the test of time. Chelsea is gentle and thoughtful. Truthfully, they both have impressive bedside manners. I appreciate the staff's eagerness to help with insurance issues and explain to me how insurance works. It's certainly complicated. Very happy to report that my experience here was great. I was nervous going in for sure, but everyone made me very comfortable. I'm looking forward to going back in six months. Also, their COVID precautions were impressive.
I was one of the first patients seen since the office reopened. I am extremely impressed with how the office has handled the situation. They have a screening station, protective barriers, and the entire office is purified air. It was nice that the staff took the time to explain what they've done to keep me safe. I highly suggest coming here.
Great experience. Dr. Schmidt took my emergency call and spoke to me for about 30 minutes. He explained what may be going on and what my options may be. This was much appreciated and above the call of duty during a time when I can't seem to get any of my doctors on the phone. Thanks dr. john.
