Just another gym only difference is the locker room is cleaner
Mountainside has been a good gym. Until I left for a couple of months because I was pregnant. When I came back my favorite instructors were gone. The classes were amazing, until they replaced the instructors? Melissa and Andi are very motivating and push you to be your best!
Staff is very polite and friendly but lately when I have gone even on a Saturday morning there are no towels in the baskets to take to workout in. Also going multiple days in a row I notice the showers are not being cleaned. I know this because he same thing that was in the shower was still there a few days later. Do they ever get scrubbed down?? Think of al the people who shower in those showers
Can someone tell me how to get a Hold of Tom Hatten I would like to give him my feedback on the Gilbert club
The new cross fit section is the most annoying thing. Weights being slammed non stop, floor constantly vibrating, can't hear yourself think. If I wanted a cross fit gym I would've joined one. Would no longer recommend this gym. Cycle bikes are antiquated but they waste money repainting. How about new bikes and new classes?
You must not know, understand or care that people and families so are going through illnesses such as stage 4 cancer do not need any additional stress from you compay...whatever happened to the customer is always right? I wish I could give you zero stars. What a horrible company. Do you people even understand what stage 4 cancer means?!? Not allowing this man out of his contract with a letter from his oncologist is despicable. You disgust me and I hope everyone finds out what horrible business you do. As a true American I am all about supporting local business but yours is one that will never get my support.
