I have to give 1 star to post here. But you are not worth a single point on 1 star. When someone has cancer, or any other medical condition, which renders them unable to participate in an exercise program, LET THEM OUT OF THEIR CONTRACT!! This is a completely worthless company. People mean nothing to them. All about the money.

Shame on you for not allowing a man to cancel his membership when he has stage 4 cancer! I will make sure everyone I know receives this information. Just awful.

Not letting someone out of their contract because they have stage 4 cancer is absurd! You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. One star is to much to rate you're disgusting company. I GUESS MONEY IS MORE IMPORTANT TO YOU GUYS THAN SOMEBODY'S LIFE!!!!

Had a VERY bad experience with one of the "trainers" trying to up sell a training package to a potential client. Mountainside obviously focuses more on making money rather than making sure people are being safe and healthy. I would love to have a conversation with anyone interested in what I learned today....including management.
