Mountainside Fitness has been great so far. From signing up to personal training. my experience has been great. People have been wonderful. I would recommend checking out their wonderful machines and check out the experience itself. They are super accepting.

It's been 2 weeks since I joined and so far it's been going very well. Staff is very nice. Tyler one of the trainers was very knowledgeable when he walked me thru some of the things I could do to help my shoulders. 🙂
