This gym is awesome, very inclusive and several machines. Very high end great place to workout and improve your lifestyle! The staff is incredible and kind, and we are always welcomed with a smile!

Great job with trainers I've had. First, Dee, who did trading and "stretch-fit", the, after she retired, Zach followed up doing both "stretch-fit" and training. I needed to lose weight and build up my back because of lower back problems. Their routines helped me significantly. Thanks Dee, Zack and Miuntaindide for your help.

I love this gym!! It's close to home and Chantal always offers amazing customer service! & when it comes to the classes they offer... Stephanie and Danae are THE BEST!!
