I love Mountainside Fitness smoothies. They're delicious way better than across the street at one stop
Mountainside is awesome. This is one of the cleanest gyms in the valley. I go to different ones regularly because I work all over the valley. The staff is friendly and and they take true ownership of the gym.
Great gym and delicious smoothies! Love love it!!!!!!!!!! I would recommend this gym to anyone. Option for childcare too which is good.

Mountain fitness is by far the best gym I have ever been to super reasonable price for a gym membership for two adults plus kids care and their café smoothie stand is awesome as well. Highly recommend it.
