When I contacted MOVE4ALL prior to our move on April 19th, 2022, the owner, Curtis Hersey, claimed that his 26-foot truck would be sufficient to move our three-bedroom house. He didn’t require a video of the belongings as some other companies did. On moving day, the first thing I did was to talk to the driver, Jordan, the owner’s son, and walk with him throughout the house to make sure that he could get everything on the truck. The first scheduled date, the crew shows up and quits. The second schedule date they showed up but they were over an hour late. I had my belongings at two locations in and instructed them with the route in which they were to take. They even failed with that, Costing me another hour and a half of labor of which they were not willing to credit. when they finally arrived at the final destination and when they unloaded I found my master bedroom furniture damaged. Move4all is a bad moving company, read the reviews carefully before using them. Curtis Hershey is so called a Christian the profanity words that come out of his mouth say otherwise when he talks to his customers. Curtis just a word of advice treat your customers with respect, even your employees complaining how rude you are…. We had a nightmare experience w this company. The movers hit a parked car and took off and are trying to deny liability despite the police having an eye witness. They also damaged multiple expensive items of furniture that belonged to my late step father then tried to blame us for it. One of them stopped working for over 20 minutes to talk on the phone during the move. Additionally they were 5.5 hours late. I’m in the process of filing a lawsuit against this company. They sent someone to my apartment who was visibly sick and was planning to get a Covid test. As you can imagine, he was moving slow and said that he was tired. My heart goes out to him, but instead of getting two men working at full capacity, I got one and a half. That’s not what I paid for. For a business that describes itself as a Christian moving corporation, this is not a very Christian way to treat your clients. Their unskilled mover tried to move a glass tabletop by himself and surprise, it broke. He did not dispose of it, just stacked it next to the garbage can, so we had to break it up and put it in the recycle bin. This is followed by weeks of me having to nag Move4All to get the glass top paid for. Worst moving company. I found it odd that they didn’t park in my driveway so I go to move my car that was on the other side of the street to let cars pass and realize that they RAN THEIR TRUCK INTO MY CAR. The entire driver’s side is smashed in. One of the movers acts surprised and starts telling me this elaborate story about an SUV that hit it and how he saw the guy get out of his car (even though there was zero mention of this when they came in).
