DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I hired them to move two apartments as my neighbors and I were each moving into different apartments in my complex, 1 one building over and one just upstairs. The movers showed up on time and as they were walking up they were smoking a vape pen. As they got closer you could smell the marijuana on them. My furniture was stepped all over, packed very unprofessional, never packed anything, pillows all dirty laying all over the truck with foot prints all on them. Mattress folded, boxes upside down with big writing on them which way is up…… Fragile boxes smashed, I will open the box doing a video, I will send later today. The movers were just rude. A lot of my stuff got spilled and made a mess. They were not gentle at all with my stuff. I would never hire then again

We are sorry to hear that. We heard from our movers that it was a loose cap from a detergent bottle. To our knowledge we did not do any packing for you. All small items should be placed in small, medium, and large boxes or bins when the customer packs themselves. This will save on spills and your time as well as your money in the future when paying for an hourly move.
They moved us in December, it is now June of the following year and Curtis the owner has still have not replaced the glass they broke during the move. A couple of months after the move, they removed the glass on the other side of the cabinetry, saying they needed it as a template. Repeated phone calls to them and the result has been lies about COVID, the insurance company and now they screen my calls and won’t answer my calls. These people moved me last year and held my furniture hostage while they made a fraudulent charge against my AMX card. Subsequently they delivered all but 13 important articles of my furniture because I had objected to their fraudulent charge. I lost $800+ and the articles of furniture. Don't use them!!!
Every thing was great until I got a call an hour after the movers left telling me my bill was figured wrong and I owed an extra $260 for the move. Not sure if it was legit or if I was conned out of money that was not my fault as the customer. Bad business and such a shame because the movers were great. Do the right thing and refund my $$.
9.5 hours for 3 men which everything prepackaged is too long time for one bedroom apartment. the work was chaotic, not organized. the men took too long breaks, making the working time longer with no reason. I had broken lamp and they did not offer anything even though they said that they guarantee for any damages.
I asked for the movers to be there no later than 3pm and they arrived at 4:30. The lady that took my info made it seem like they’d be early. The movers arriving late created a difficult situation for me in regards to receiving my keys. One of the movers kept asking questions about my kids, my status, and made comments about my legs and face. He tried to get me to write his number down at the end of the night and layed on my living room rug. He made me extremely uncomfortable being as though I was alone in my new apartment.... read more
