Unbelievable, wont take a walk in and NO ONE was waiting!!! Dog needed to be seen, WORST!!!!
The clinic itself I have used for years but it has become test after test after test for my dog. How can anyone afford test and then retest for medication to keep her from peeing on herself from the bad spay.. A .1 mg changed dose of thyroid meds with another hundred dollar test to retest four weeks later after essentially a $500 year exam with urine Analysis bloodwork and a worm's test... there are other vets that are more reasonable that are just as good.

Brought my Yorkie in to be groomed with an appointment made for 12:00 noon. Groomer said she had 2 dogs she had to have done for pickups at 2PM so wanted me to come back about 3 PM. Got there and my dog had not even been touched. Of course she sent someone out to tell us she had a lot left to do to come back about 4PM. Waited for call for 2 more hours. Sat in their lot from 5-6 PM. I told my husband we will go in and get her whether she is finished or not. Got the call at 6. Girl that waited on us was very rude grinning the ... read more

Mrs. Clyde I sincerely apologize for the experience you had regarding are grooming. I did speak with the groomer and she did say that when you dropped off that your pet would be finished around 3pm but will call you when ready to be picked up, which is what we do with all of our grooming drop offs since sometimes things can get backed up a bit depending on the other pets that are being groomed that day. Thanks for taking my post down and still not responding by a call as to why you gave shots to a 12 week old puppy when you had the shot record in front of you.You sent this poor puppy into a itching nightmare and scared the 1st time owners to death. No more referrals from me, if you couldn't care less to call me after I requested twice a call. And could care even less about the puppy's welfare.
