Earlier this year we purchased Muhler’s Retro Fit Window Tracks and Soft Storm Panels for our home. We preferred the idea of Soft Storm Panels because of their lightweight, durability, easily stored, and installed compared to plywood. As Hurricane/Tropical Storm Irma approached South Carolina it was time to install the Muhler’s Soft Storm Panels. What is a sign of a great company? Cheap prices? Maybe. Good work – possibly. Having a problem and the company corrects the problem – YES! The problem was not their fault and they still make the customer happy and fix said problem without the customer having to complain – YES! The employees are terrific to work with – YES!
