My wife and I had your company build a sun room for us a number of years ago at a cost to us of $22,000.00. This room included two door. One leads to our driveway and the othr to our back yard. Business response:
Mr. Ziegler, thank you for reaching out to us. We apologize for the late response, but we needed some time to research your account. Our records show that you purchased your room 15 years ago and that 4 years ago we replaced a lock. If you will kindly give our office a call to see if we can resolve your current issue. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
RecommendedDon’t even think about going to Lowe’s for windows, stick with Muhler! Biggest mistake we ever made! We ended up having the windows Lowe’s installed removed so Muhler could put in the right windows the right way!
Business response:
Katherine, we are sorry it took us so long to reply. We just read your review and we want to thank you so much for your kind words.
