Was a client for over 30 years and since going corporate your staff is not nice, rude actually and not there for our pets. I’m sure you won’t really care to reach out to us about what issues we had and could care less that you have lost a family that has been there since before the building was built and will also loose our extended family too.

Your concerns are noted, and we appreciate the feedback. Our staff has always tried to accommodate you, but unfortunately we don't always have the flexibility to squeeze in a patient. We will recommend urgent care or emergency if the pet needs immediate attention, as we never want to see a pet suffer. We apologize we could not get you in right away and we hope Teddy feels better. Has anyone else had a horrible experience at Mundelein Animal Hospital recently? I have been bringing my pets there for years and would have never expected something like this. I referred my boyfriend there to have his dog checked out for an acute problem. She had been acting very lethargic, not eating, diarrhea and has a hard growth on her chest protruding out of the lungs. I brought my 10 year old Black Lab who stopped eating a few days before. The doctor came in, looked at her, and said, "oh shes fine and come back in two weeks and I'll give her a steroid shot." My dog was dead three days later. I took her to Vernon Hills Hospital (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) and they took one X-Ray and saw cancer throughout her entire body. Dr. Tim Sullivan is no longer at Mundelein Animal Hospital as of this past tuesday! We don't get phone calls or letters... just excuses. Dr. Tim Sullivan is a great veterinarian & this is a huge loss to our community!!!! Mundelein Animal Hospital was bought out by this big corporation, NATIONAL VETERINARY ASSOCIATION (in Agoura Hills, California), three years ago. Mundelein animal hospital is very cruel. They mistreated our dog and the dog died. They won't return our phone calls or admit they treated our dog for a bite from another dog instead for the virus Blosco. Don't take your dog to this Animal Hospital. There are numerous complaints with the state.
