This place is great for exotic pets. I brought my sick hamster, Moo, in and Dr. Long was amazing (I saw her for every appointment until I brought him in to be put down). After a long battle, his time came to an end and Dr. Herrmann ended up having to put him down. They explained everything and are very sympathetic. Although I wish the outcome was different I am very greatful for the experience I had there. I will be going there from now on. They genuinely care for your furry critters as if they were their own. All the staff is pleasant and the doctors know just what will make your beloved pets feel better! Our puppy is on a special diet now that makes her feel so much better!!
