For some reason they were late on schedule by more than 45 minutes. But the staff was helpful and they accommodate once I told them that I didn’t have much time left to wait longer.
Waited over 1 hour 15 mins to see the Dr, thankfully it was worth the wait, he quickly identified my issue and proposed treatment plans . Good bedside manner and attentive

What a gem of a doctor and medical team. Dr. Munk is polite, soft-spoken, patient, informative and reassuring. His knowledge is obvious in the way he explains every step of his treatment plan in a way that is clear and easily understandable without confusing medical jargon. My teenage son saw him with much apprehension after having tried a slew of acne treatment that actually damaged his skin. I recently had a Picoway treatment, and I am very pleased with results, not painful and after a few days the skin is amazing. I also had chemical peels two years ago to correct bad side effects from the pill and I had such great results and my skin was fantastic. I really appreciate my yearly check-up appointments with Dr Munk, he takes the time to evaluate how my skin's condition is doing, he always has sounded recommendations to provide if anything comes up. I really recommand this Doctor.

excellent service.. not so commercial, they are ready to check you numerous times without charging you for repeated visits. really great to see such service in private clinics.
I have had several treatments done by Dr. Munk. Always helpful, courteous, with wonderful, natural looking results. However, I am now used to the best and can't imagine ever going anywhere else. Staff is also extremely courteous.
