Dr Monk and his team are very friendly and highly professional. I do not know of any other skin care clinic that offers as many treatments that they do. The skincare shop carries only the most sought after brands and most, only available thru them. I will be going back and back again!
It was a very good experience the Munk Clinic. The staff was very nice and helpful.
You pay for a consultation but you have to talk to a nurse first, then she relays information to the dr and then he comes in. It’s a hassle, either things are misinterpreted or you have to explain yourself 2 tines. Maybe he has a hard time thinking on the spot?!? It seems like he needs to prepare ahead of time. I pay to see a dr, not a nurse. Theres also a privacy aspect that I feel is not being respected. Why can’t I be in the room alone with the dr? The entire thing is weird.
