What I like is the dealership has a very nice waiting area. I also like the fact I was able to get an appointment quickly. What I didn't like was having to wait so long getting the service performed. Now in all honestly the service advisor did tell me upfront they were running about 2 hours behind so at least he was honest. I also don't like the fact the service advisor doesn't have a conservation about your maintenance report and go over any findings. I fell like that is their job.
