What I like is the dealership has a very nice waiting area. I also like the fact I was able to get an appointment quickly. What I didn't like was having to wait so long getting the service performed. Now in all honestly the service advisor did tell me upfront they were running about 2 hours behind so at least he was honest. I also don't like the fact the service advisor doesn't have a conservation about your maintenance report and go over any findings. I fell like that is their job. Murfreesboro Hyundai the best dealership I have ever worked with good customer service honest salesmen no pressure . They helped me out with a missed service on the used vehicle I purchased after the purchase and that was a statement to me when they took care of the service for me no money out of pocket so customer satisfaction is there goal. When I am in the market again for a new or used car I will be going back there to get it.
