I like the waiting area. It's feels welcoming and very comfortable. What I didn't like is the service advisor not coming out and talking to you when they send you the inspection report. I didn't like the 2-3 hour wait either. I know it takes time and I certainly don't want anyone to rush but if the service advisor would have came out and went over the inspection report and advised it would take another say 1-2 hours then I would have asked for a courtesy car to run and get something to eat and get my hair cut. Our sales associate, Richard, was Absolutely Amazing!!!!
I find the service people extremely knowledgeable and professional. Scott was my service manager he answered all my questions, and I felt very comfortable with him I didn't have to wait at all they took my car promptly I wa in an out quickly. Dealship was very clean, they have wi-fi also TV, and some great snacks.
Great customer service. They were Knowledge with wonderful communication skills.
