The week before my appointment I was assured the parts for my recalls were there but as it turned out, only the starter kit was there and the other part was then ordered, which I asked them to order on four separate occasions over the past one and a half years.
Great communication leads to a great experience. That happens everytime here.

They performed the work on my car quickly. The staff was polite.
The people were very nice. I was shocked when they told me that it was going to cost $55 to plug my tire! I know I had the option of taking my car somewhere else and according to my son it probably wouldn't have cost more than $20 to get it fixed. I had it fixed but if I have a problem with my tires in the future I definitely won't come back to Hyundai to get it taken care of.
