The suv is still under warranty, so they found one issue with the boot on the drive axle and they have ordered the part. The suv needed a 50000 mile check up, so I had the transmission flushed and transmission fluid replaced. After we drove home the transmission started sleeping and we drove it back to shop. After two days they have determined that the transmission had to be replaced. I'm hoping that they will have it fixed next week.

Richard was helpful and good to work with. When we got to the point of going to pay for the car, things deteriorated. The gentleman there tried to also sell me an extended warranty package for another package. He did not accept my "no" and applied some pressure, guilt, etc. I completed the sale as originally planned. I took the car home and that day discovered a warning light that said a low headlight. It was a headlight that was out. I think the service dept should have noticed a dead light
