Jeriod was absolutely amazing, he kept us updated throughout the entire process, answered all of my many questions, took texts/calls after hours and while he was off work as well. He made this long difficult process short and easy! I would HIGHLY recommend Jeriod to anyone that is looking to refinance especially people that are new to this process because he really took his time to make sure we knew what we were signing, how the process works and was very patient!
