Jeriod communicated well, even when things weren't going as well as planned. It was tough going through the process during Covid restrictions, but with good communication, we were able to work through the process. Do to the restrictions and concerns, we lost some time and caused extra payments to come out of accounts I was hoping to avoid, but these weren't Jeriods fault.
