Jesse was very knowledgeable about the entire loan process. He tried his best to obtain the most money for me and pay off my credit card debt. Although we had some unusual events occur during this process, Jesse was always available to answer my questions and solve the issues that did occur. The overall expierence is very stressful and I was clearly guided through the process. Whenever I had questions and needed clarity I was provide that. I was not waiting for responses but the team was proactive. Shelley was realistic and listened but also was able to shift based on what needed to get done to get to the closing date.
