I would have appreciated a bit more communiction about what was going on with the electric panel upgrade requirement that popped up a week before close. I also wasn't clear who I should be communicating with as we got closer to the close date. There were at least 3 different people in the mix. I mean, everything got done and on time so I'm happy overall.
