I could call anytime with questions or concerns and they were always met in a timely matter. Due to some minor issues, I had called quite often and my calls were always kindly answered with directions or explanations.

The entire Mutual of Omaha Mortgage Team of Curt Caulkins, Teresa Krofta, and Anwar were great with their communications and doing what they said they were going to do. We were almost locked in with using Toll Brothers Mortgage, but Curt worked with us to get a better rate and better closing fees to save us money, and Curt built confidence with us to go with Mutual of Omaha.
