Jay was extremely responsive and also took a lot of time explaining the steps of the lending process to us. He even returned calls when he was on vacation!!! Our time to close was about 4 weeks and Jay and his team really went above and beyond to meet the deadline. I can't thank them enough and would recommend him and his team to anyone!
